Propterra Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 16, 2026 Who we are: Divitiae Holding LLC d/b/a Propterra (“Propterra,” “we”). Propterra provides software to property service businesses (“Contractors”). When a Contractor uses Propterra to serve a property owner (“Homeowner”), we process Homeowner information on the Contractor’s behalf and as described here.
1. Information we collect

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and we do not collect sensitive personal information categories except account log-in credentials, which we protect and use only for authentication.
2. How we use information (purposes)
- Provide, operate, and secure the Service (accounts, quotes, proposals, payments, property records)
- Generate AI-assisted property analyses and quote drafts (see §4)
- Send transactional communications (login links, proposals, receipts, service notices)
- Process payments and subscriptions through Stripe
- Monitor errors, performance, and product usage to fix and improve the Service
- Comply with law and enforce agreements
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We serve no third-party ads.

Each provider is bound to use data only to provide services to us, with confidentiality and security obligations, and restrictions on retention and subprocessing. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice).
4. AI processing
Contractors may submit property information (including photos and addresses) for automated analysis that produces property condition summaries, suggested scope, and quote ranges. AI outputs are reviewed by the Contractor before use. We retain AI inputs/outputs with the related property record so the Contractor can review its own history. We do not use your personal information to train foundation models.

6. Your rights (California residents; extended to all users)
You have the right to know/access, delete, correct, and port your personal information, and the right to opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell or share) and to limit use of sensitive PI (we use log-in credentials only for authentication). We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights.

We verify requests by matching account email (and a signed-in confirmation for deletion). Authorized agents may submit requests with written permission. We respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice). We keep request records for 24 months.
Homeowners: if a Contractor entered your information, we act as the Contractor’s service provider for that data — we will route your request to the Contractor and assist in fulfilling it, and we honor deletion/access requests directly where we are required to.
7. Security
Tenant isolation enforced at the database layer; encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest; private file storage with time-limited signed URLs; role-based access; audit logging; multi-factor authentication available for accounts and required for administrative access. No method is 100% secure; we notify affected users of breaches as required by law.
8. Cookies
We use only cookies necessary to operate the Service (session authentication, security). We do not use advertising cookies.
